Purpose of the role

The Transport Operator will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day transport operation with a focus on the quality, H&S and

* Ensuring all daily deliveries are scanned into the DC, allocated onto manifests, and scanned on vehicles and monitored
throughout the course of the day following all SOP’s and compliance
* Ensuring that all drivers are pre-briefed and debriefed in conjunction with the debrief process using various systems (TMS,

As a Lead Registered Nurse at Elstow Manor, you’ll have the time to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, delivering holistic, person-centered care in a luxurious, home-like environment.

In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with the team and other stakeholders to provide leadership, guidance, and support. You’ll ensure that standards of practice are not only maintained but continuously developed and improved, ensuring compliance with the organization’s strategies, policies, and procedures across both clinical and non-clinical areas.

About the Role
With the expansion of our services, we’re seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Registered Nurse to join our team.
The ideal candidate will:

- Hold a current NMC registration (either RGN or RMN).
- Have at least one year of post-registration experience.
- Ideally have experience working within a care home or elderly care setting.
- Be committed to delivering exceptional care with compassion and empathy.
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Share our dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
