Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in develop and execute brand plans & strategies to maximize brand awareness and achieve business goals
- Support on the planning and execution of new product launch plan
- Co-ordinate with retailers and third parties on promotions’ planning and execution
- Co-ordinate with press and agencies on PR and communications
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure counter activations and visual merchandising are properly executed
- Work closely with brand principal to ensure all marketing plans and materials will uphold brand image
- Consolidate and analyze sales data for reporting
- Be responsible for inventory and budget control
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
- University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 2-3 years working experience in the sales & marketing of beauty, FMCG, retail, or related industries
- Able to collaborate well with team members
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Immediately available is preferred
