Within this role you will be a key member of the Workforce Directorate and the Chief People Officer’s senior team. The post holder will also deputise for the Director of Workforce, as agreed by the Chief People Officer.
The post holder’s overarching goal will be to enable the delivery of complex and innovative workforce transformation across the Trust, ensuring a continual improvement in workforce and integrated planning, operational performance, workforce deployment and efficiency.

We are looking for a values-driven professional who has a creative and agile mind-set, motivated to always look at how things can be continually improved. You will be adept at building successful relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and bring impressive facilitation skills, along with the credibility and confidence to contribute within a vibrant and diverse professional environment.
This post combines both senior HR business partnering for our Executive and Corporate functions, as well as the leadership of Trust-wide resourcing. You could come from either professional background and be keen to extend and broaden your development.
We offer hybrid working arrangements and promote flexible working but would need this post to have a regular weekly presence on site. We offer a relocation assistance package for candidates that qualify. This role is full time – 37.5 hours per week.
