Our current budget allocation is £6.7 million with £290,000 to support Pupil Premium students. The Director of Finance and Operations plays a key role in ensuring this money is effectively deployed.

Purpose of the Position
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment that will require you to deal with a broad range of tasks ranging from diary and communication management, marketing and administrative duties, travel reservations, and supporting a busy team with their day-to-day activities.

Key Areas of Responsibility

The effective and ruthless diary management of the Directors' schedules including meetings, appointments, and engagements based on their priorities.
Assist the Directors in preparing for upcoming meetings and keynotes. presentations and undertake research where required.
Assist the Directors to prepare and schedule social and marketing events as required.
Acting as a point of contact between the Directors and stakeholders.
Coordinate with other stakeholders and team members, Boards, advisors, etc.
Assist with travel arrangements.
