Oversee the recruitment, coaching and mentoring of service teams including support and facilitation of the supervision process. Direct the activities of professional and technical staff members and volunteers, providing supervision and guidance. Promote a culture of learning, innovation, flexibility, responsiveness and high compliance within teams. Support the process of integration of objectives across service areas. Education and Learning Support the management and development of students. Champion the education and development of staff in line with the needs of patients and relatives and the service and organisational strategies. Act as an expert specialist resource providing support, guidance and knowledge across the organisation and externally, utilising evidenced based theory and practice.
