Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert for identity provisioning, security, and governance.
• Analyze, design, and support a highly complex, enterprise level Active Directory and Single Sign On services in a hybrid on-premise and cloud hosted environment.
• Implement, execute, and support critical IAM processes, including overall identity management, access management, provisioning/de-provisioning, user onboarding/offboarding, and access certifications/review.
• Manage and troubleshoot all aspects of Active Directory and Azure EntraID, including federation, infrastructure, and user accounts.
• Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
• Proactively identify potential threats, exploit attempts and other security events related to Directory Services and IAM. Make recommendations and/or take action to mitigate these issues as appropriate. Actively contribute to and participate in security incident response as needed.
• Work with internal Security teams to support incident response and logging with enterprise SIEM systems such as Azure Sentinel.
• Work with internal Security teams to remediate critical security findings as they relate to identity.
• Work with internal stakeholders to implement appropriate role-based access controls for access within the organization.
• Identify and implement opportunities for technology, automation, and security enhancements for IAM functions.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college.  
• A track record of commitment to prior employers 
• 8+ years total experience in a technical role such as security, network, systems, or software engineering.
• 5+ years total experience directly supporting Active Directory and Azure EntraID in a large, multi-forest, hybrid environment.
• 3+ years of experience engineering IAM solutions in AWS, Azure, or a large scale IdP implementation (Entra ID, Okta, Ping, etc).
• 3+ years of experience work with SIEM and advanced logging/correlation tools.
• 2+ years writing PowerShell or Python scripts from scratch.

Incentive Program

• In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible to participate in a performance-based incentive program in accordance with the eCornell Corporate Programs Plan (“Plan”) parameters. As Inside Director, SMB of Enterprise Programs, you will be eligible to earn a target of $50,000 in variable compensation based on annual sales quotas in your assigned territory. Combining this with the salary range of approximately $75,000 - $83,000 + $50,000 commission bonus incentive, the realistic income potential for this role, assuming 100% achievement of targets, would reach approximately $133,000.

Position Summary

Inside business development role focused on developing small and medium business. This role is primarily responsible for prospecting and developing new revenue streams in accounts outside of the Fortune 1000. The Inside Director will be responsible for leading the sales process from start to finish, including working with the implementation team post-sale and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Position Summary

The Director of Operations reports to Vice President of Operations, and is responsible for motivating, developing, and leading a team of 6 direct reports and 100+ indirect reports.

The Director ensures all Cardinal Health operational, financial and safety procedures are followed, enabling relevant key financial performance indicators are met and operational goals are achieved. 

The Consumer Health Logistics Center (CHLC) in Groveport, Ohio, is approximately 300,000 square feet and picks, packs, and ships approximately $250 million in consumer products each month.  The Director role is essential to maintaining clear and frequent communications with all levels within the organization as well as with suppliers and customers.

The Director provides strategic direction and leadership, ensuring execution of the distribution center's employee engagement and retention strategies and internal and external customer satisfaction.  In addition, this leader will lead the distribution center's compliance with all appropriate state and federal agencies. 

The Consumer Health Logistics Center will be a new facility and the Director will be responsible for facility design, project management and building a new team to support the operations.

The position reports to the Vice President, Pharmaceutical Distribution Operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to managers, experienced professional staff and operational associates.
