About You Senior Coordinator, Monographs & Digital Collections is responsible for acquisition, metadata management, and creation and maintenance of access for resources. The role supports teaching, learning and research at RMIT University. The position is responsible for 6 employees who acquire and process electronic and print one-time purchases, including subscription textbooks.
The successful applicant will display a high degree of technical knowledge, including analytical skills for collection acquisition and access. A high degree of knowledge of the Alma library management system will also be required to support sound decision-making for projects. Understanding types of electronic purchasing, and implications of decisions on acquisitions workflows, will be favourably.
