RESPONSIBILITY FOR LEADING AND MANAGING Participate in the monthly self-inspection of the Radiopharmacy. Pharmaceutical Quality systems and service, and in delivering the requirements of related action plans. Jointly with the Chief Radiopharmacy Technician , ensure the regular Radiopharmacy meeting is completed, and an action plan for addressing the findings is prepared as well as delivering some of the requirements of the related action plans. Ensure a safe and secure environment for staff and patients. In particular support safeguards against theft of radioactive material and ensure staff fully comply with these safeguards Jointly with the Chief Radiopharmacy Technician, co-ordinate and plan daily workload for Radiopharmacy; including preparation of a staff rota and planning manufacturing slots. Act as deputy to the Chief Radiopharmacy Technician to cover for some of the routine duties normally performed, apart from in those areas where the post-holder is not accredited to do so. These may include rescheduling and prioritising work and supervising the deployment of technical staff as well as deploying contingency plans. Act to resolve any problems that arise during manufacture, the operation of the facility and any equipment, operating within the terms of Standard Operating Procedures. Liase with Estates department, external contractors with regards to PPM and repair work of equipment, HVAC and facilities Actively participate in the Trusts appraisal process as an appraisee. RESPONSIBILITY FOR POLICY AND SERVICE DEVELOPMENT All duties must be carried out in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act, The Medicines Act 1968, The Radioactive Substances act 1993. The Ionising radiation Regulations, The Ionising Radiation (Medical exposures) Regulation and The Data Protection Act 1984 and any other relevant Guidance notes and Departmental Local Rules Be designated as an IR(ME)R operator by the Trust in respect to Radiopharmacy technical duties and know the legal implications involved. Be designated as a Classified Worker by the Trust under the Ionising Radiations Regulations (IRR). This will include participation in personal monitoring for radioactive contamination. Work in accordance with Local Rules, relevant legislation, codes of practice and regulations relating to the use of radioactive material and, in general, to observe safe procedures and good practice in all aspects of patient investigations and radiation work. Work in accordance with SOPs, following GMP, QA and GCP. Review current practice and propose changes where appropriate where benefit to users, other healthcare professionals and patients may result, to contribute to the development of the radiopharmacy service. To review and comment on continuing appropriateness of SOPs. Adapt, and quickly respond to changes in service or departmental need. 6. RESPONSIBILITY FOR FINANCIAL AND PHYSICAL RESOURCES Order and receipt radiopharmaceuticals and other items from external suppliers using the Trust ordering system. Maintain records of receipt, storage and disposal operating within the terms of Standard Operating Procedures, to fulfil Environmental Agency regulations and GMP. Maintain adequate stock levels, stock rotation operating within the terms of Standard Operating Procedures. Source suitable and new items / manufacturers as required. Responsible for the care and safe handling of equipment and accessories in the area of work. Ensure that equipment faults are recorded appropriately and reported. Make suitable provision for the service in the event of equipment failure. Make suitable arrangements to fix the equipment failure. Ensure records surrounding the above events are maintained. Ensure contracts and waivers are in place for services as required. 7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR INFORMATION RESOURCES Ensure that data entries and print outs are presented for checking purposes in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring data integrity. Support the cascading of information through the team, department and customers. Monitor and report deficits in the data governance and data integrity of the Radiology Information System (RIS) and the Pharmaceutical Quality System (PQS), in use in the department.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist Housing Advocate to join our dynamic team, working closely with women who have survived domestic abuse and are in urgent need of housing solutions. You will play a critical role in delivering advocacy, support, and interventions that prioritise survivors' safety, autonomy, and housing needs.

The successful candidate will work across the boroughs of Hammersmith and Fulham, Westminster, and Kensington and Chelsea, providing proactive outreach to women with complex needs, including those who are homeless or facing mental health challenges. Your role will involve working closely with key partners such as local authorities, homelessness teams, and housing associations, using your expertise to ensure survivors can access safe and appropriate accommodation.

As a Senior Specialist, you will lead service delivery, support the Service Manager, and supervise a Housing Advocate. You will manage a caseload, support front-line work, and ensure that all processes are compliant with best practices in housing and domestic abuse sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Survivor Engagement: Conduct proactive outreach and assessments, ensuring survivors engage with the service and have access to safety plans and housing options.

The Senior Clinical Perfusion Scientist plays a critical role in the cardiovascular surgical team, responsible for operating and managing cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) machines and other extracorporeal circulation devices. This position involves ensuring optimal oxygenation and circulation during surgeries that require heart and lung support, typically during open-heart surgeries. The Senior Perfusionist also leads and trains junior staff, contributes to research and development, and ensures compliance with clinical guidelines.

As an experienced and autonomous practitioner to lead by example and act as a role model to provide clinical and professional perfusion services to the multi disciplinary team. The post holder will participate fully in the development of the team, organising facilities and staff to enable the clinical group to meet its contractual and professional targets.

In addition the Senior Clinical Perfusion Scientist will be responsible for contributing to the provision of perfusion services to St Georges Healthcare. The post holder will also be assisting in the development of the department and the education and training of the perfusion team as well as ensuring continued professional development

· In accordance with Trust / Department policy and procedures, to deliver OH clinical activity such as management referral consultation and reporting, health clearance activity, and risk management & exposure related advice and intervention.

· As a specialist practitioner, provide evidence-based opinion, intervention and guidance to Trust management and partner organisations to support their line and risk management responsibilities. Assist in safeguarding against risks arising from work and the working environment and influence the application of safe and healthy work practices.

· Support the line management, development and mentoring of others (clinical and administrative).

· To ensure the maintenance of service delivery, deputise (within level of competence) for OH Managers: Operational and Governance, Snr OHA: Business Partnersand all other clinical staff within the OH Team.

· As Snr OHA: IPC Functional Lead, lead the OH-IPC service, providing proactive specialist advice, guidance and analysed reporting to the IPC Directorate, Trust management, all staff and the OH team. Attendance and active representation at Trust IPC meetings, on behalf of the ICH OH-IPC Service.

We are one of the largest cardiac MRI scanning centres in the UK. Our Imaging Clinical Research Facility is based in our St Thomas Hospital campus with strong research collaboration focusing on the development of novel acquisition, reconstruction and motion correction using different field strength MRI scanners. The facility is run by King’s College London, the University partner in close partnership with Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. Clinical services are delivered to approximately 13,000 patients a year (Cardiac MRI, Perinatal MRI and the PET Centre), and were recently re-accredited in accordance with the Quality Standard for Imaging (QSI) 2021

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Cardiac MRI Radiographer to join our nationally accredited clinical research imaging team. The department supports and mentors Radiographers in their personal and professional development including actively encouraging staff to attend high profile national and international seminars, conferences, presenting posters, abstracts and presentations.

We have a reputation for clinical excellence and high quality teaching and research. We are part of King’s Health Partners, one of eight accredited UK academic health sciences centres. In partnership with King’s College London we have dedicated clinical research facilities and a National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Biomedical Research Centre.

The main purpose of this post is to participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team within our Cardiovascular Imaging Department to deliver an efficient, effective and timely Cardiac MRI service, supporting a strong portfolio Clinical Research Imaging programmes run by the Imaging Clinical Research Facility.

The successful candidate will work with clinicians, researchers and biomedical engineers whilst performing excellent quality imaging studies in accordance with the departmental protocols.
