Executive Assistant to Group CFO

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Group CFO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Group CFO's executive calendar across multiple European time zones, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for stakeholders in various European countries.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations, ensuring all documents and data are aligned with the requirements of different European regions.
- Screen and prioritise incoming communications (calls, emails, and correspondence) from contacts, ensuring urgent matters from various countries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare, edit, and review documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring they meet professional and regional standards.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Group CFO, particularly those involving multi-country teams or cross-European collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, with a preference for experience in a financial environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail, discretion when handling confidential information, and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in French is desirable and preferred.
