The role
Our Sales Office Executive are the first person customers talk to. Your main role is to make sure they have everything they need from the start. You'll be busy taking lots of calls and responding to emails, but your goal will be to make each customer feel special and book as many group events and meetings as possible.
The role reports directly to the Director of Sales and is part of a team based from our Park Hall Hotel in Chorley (PR7 5LP).
Other businesses may call this role Sales Office Administrator, Sales and Customer Support Executive, Hotel Sales Coordinator, Meetings and Events Coordinator.

What you’ll bring to the team
To be considered for this role you'll be the kind of person who's always ready to help, can talk and write clearly, and you'll be good at staying organised and focused on what's important. We need a key player in our team to be sure we all do a great job together. Plus, you'll get to know all about our hotels so you can tell customers about our offer and help us sell more.
If you've worked in a busy sales office or call centre before, that's great. And if you're good at making deals and selling products, that's even better!
