As a Senior Security Analyst, an integral part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in pursuing the company's cybersecurity strategy across Veolia in the UK, Ireland, Finland, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium. What will you be doing?

• The Senior Security Analyst will work with Security Architects to take on delegated complex tasks, drive projects and proactively monitor work loads.
  
• Act as a mentor to a team of cyber security professionals, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and support their career goals.
  
• Maintain crisis communication plans, provide timely updates during security incidents, inform legal and media teams with expert opinions, and ensure effective responses to threats and exposures.

- To work closely with other sections of substation engineering design team to enable effective collaboration on multi-disciplinary projects and facilitate an optimal engineering function.
- To provide supervision of Engineers or CAD Technicians (in-house or subcontractors) to produce detailed designs.
- To work closely with other engineering functions to support tenders, drive innovation and produce cost effective integrated solutions.
- To provide assistance and mentoring to Apprentices and junior members of the design team to aid their continued learning and development.
- To undertake site visits and surveys as required.
- To promote the in-house design team in order to establish and maintain future work.
- To represent the design department when necessary at internal and external meetings.

Who we are looking for:

- Primary / HV Plant design experience.
- Knowledge of with different HV Plant schemes for AIS and GIS substation.
- Previous experience with National Grid technical specifications for substation design.
- Ability to read electrical drawings for different manufacturer.
- Efficient in AutoCAD software application at least for making 2D drawing.
- Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications.

12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave

What you will be doing

- Collating induction packs for new clients
- Request and process MPAN and MPRN reference numbers
- Uploading data onto the Solarvista systems
- Chase design approvals with the networks
- Ensure Easements are in place and approved.
- Ensure long lead time materials are ordered and on track for delivery on the preferred deliver date.
- Issue variation letters to the customers.
- Ensure Asset Values are uploaded into the systems.
- Request Permits and section 50 licences for the noticing process.
- Raise notices via the Skewb system.
- Any additional tasks to support the projects


Who we are looking for

- Friendly with a proactive approach
- Proficient in the use of Excel (Use of VLOOKUP and similar functions to compare and analyse data in spreadsheets)
- Any previous of experience in the construction industry would be an advantage

We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team at this interesting time as we are sharing and transforming front line services across two Councils. Internal Audit has been a successful shared service for over 12 years.

You will cover all types of audit work and will be involved in preparing audit briefs, carrying out audits and preparing draft reports for discussion with management. You will need to be able to work as part of a small team and on your own with minimal supervision. You will need to have skills to take the next step and carry out some supervision of the Auditor post. Your work will cover Cannock Chase District Council and Stafford Borough Council services.

We need a self-motivated, flexible, organised person with strong audit and communication skills to help provide a professional, high quality internal audit service in line with the Public Sector Internal Audit Standards. We are looking for a passionate individual who is keen to shape the future of the Internal Audit Section and ensure that we continue to support the Council in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Essential requirements for this post include:

• Level 4 IIA Certified Internal Auditor, CIPFA Professional Diploma or an equivalent or higher qualification.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to research and develop audits on new and emerging risk areas.
• Experience of working within an Internal Audit Environment.
• Knowledge of Internal Audit practices and procedures.
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
