Pharmacy Stock Count Assistant

We are currently looking for a motivated, professional, and flexible individual able to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday day shifts, within a small stock count team, counting our Pharmacy Clients.

This role will be based in the Oxford area with the flexibility to travel around surrounding areas. You must be able to drive.

In this role, you are required to accurately count stock for Retail & Asset Solutions in various high street Pharmacies, this role is extremely important to ensure pharmacies are fully stocked with the medication required for local Doctors and Hospitals.

Previous stock, audit or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible to join our highly regarded teaching staff within our Trust. We are looking for someone with relevant experience of working with children, who is enthusiastic about supporting and educating primary aged children. We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible to join our highly regarded teaching staff within our Trust. We are looking for someone with relevant experience of working with children, who is enthusiastic about supporting and educating primary aged children. You will need to have a passion and commitment to wanting our young children to develop a life-long love of learning by being a positive, nurturing, and supportive role model.

You will work alongside the class teachers to support children in all areas of the curriculum and to also assist in the preparation of the learning environment, liaising with staff, maintaining pupil records, and carrying out a range of administrative tasks to support the teacher. You will also be involved in supporting children at break and lunch times in setting up our play provision or helping with the family dining arrangements in the school hall.
As a teaching assistant you will have the exciting role of supporting children in learning to read, leading PE and Games sessions, going on school trips and residentials and taking responsibility for the mentoring and tutoring of individual children. We provide a full programme of extra-curricular activities, outdoor learning programmes, sporting squads and teams, dedicated art and science rooms, a library service and 1:1 digital devices for every pupil.
You will also be involved in leading playtime activities with children and supporting within the family dining service where older children serve young children each lunch time.
As well as the regular school day (9am to 3:30pm), we are looking for additional support with our breakfast club (8:00am to 9am) and/or after school club provision (3:30pm until 5pm). We also run a holiday club each school holiday period (except Christmas) which currently requires additional staff.
We have vacancies in both KS1 and KS2, and a choice of term time only (40 weeks a year) or all year round working available.

The Trust uses the ReadWrite Inc scheme to teach Early Reading and Phonics and we train all our Early Years staff to implement this approach within each of our settings. You will be responsible for overseeing the progress of a group of key worker children and will meet with parents regularly to report to them on the progress their child is making through both online and in-person meetings. You will be required to maintain pupil records and conduct a range of administrative tasks to support the teaching staff.
Relevant experience of working with children and qualifications are required. You will need to have a willingness to attend CPD and familiarise yourself with the latest developments in the EYFS curriculum that the Trust is implementing.
We provide wrap around sessions, before and after school, as well as being open all year round for those parents needing childcare out of term time. The Nurseries cater for children aged 2 -4 years old, are newly furnished with excellent resources for both indoor and outdoor provision. The Nurseries ensure a great start to a child’s education and benefit from all the wider resources within the main school including the dining facilities, the library, and outdoor spaces. The schools are both innovative and technology rich.
The position is permanent, full-time, all year round (52 weeks), 8.00am to 5.00pm or 8.00am to 6.00pm. Our nurseries are closed at Christmas for 2 weeks and in addition to this you will be entitled to 4 weeks holiday, plus Bank Holidays.
The full-time equivalent salary for this role starts in the region of £22,100 pro rata depending on age and experience. However, the actual salary based on the hours and weeks worked will commence in the region of £25,400 per annum.
