We're looking for a dedicated teaching assistant to join our supportive team at Brockworth Primary Academy. Within this role, you will provide support to students so that they can access the curriculum, participate in learning and experience a sense of achievement. You will be vital in supporting our students and helping them achieve their potential.
You will be working on a daily basis within our Enhanced Provision supporting students with SEMH (social, emotional and mental health needs) so you will need to have a resilient and empathetic attitude. You will have the opportunity to have a huge positive impact on our students' lives. Experience working with students with special needs or challenging behaviour would be an asset. This is a part-time, fixed term role until the end of the school year - July 31st 2025. We warmly welcome candidates with experience working with children (ideally with SEND/SEMH) within an educational environment and full training will be provided.
