Working for ESS as our Branch Assistant will require you to be a bit of an all-rounder, someone who enjoys variety in their day to day.
Our branches are often fast paced, dealing with customers face to face, over the telephone, or by email and processing orders and customer returns. We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our growing team at the Devon Out of Hours (OOH) service on a Part Time Permanent basis. The Devon OOH service provides advice, information and treatment for NHS patients who become unwell during the out-of-hours period when their own GP surgery is closed. The OOH service operates throughout a number of locations within Devon so occasional travel will be required, however your main base will be in our office in Exeter. • Working as part of a team providing excellent customer service wherever there is interaction with one of our customers
• Using specialist equipment such as the sawmill, paint mixers and forklifts
• We sell building materials, so there will be an element of manual handling, we can make reasonable adjustments if you need them
