URGENT CARE ASSISTANT - KEYNSHAM (PART TIME, WEEKEND OVERNIGHT WORKING PATTERN) As a result of continued growth,Medvivoare seeking to recruit an Urgent Care Assistant to undertake driving and receptionist duties to support the delivery of Integrated Urgent Care services across Wiltshire, Swindon and Bath and North East Somerset. Your key duties will include: Driving Driving Clinicians to the patient's home in a safe and legal manner adhering to current driving regulations. Perform basic vehicle checks at the beginning and end of shifts ensuring they are roadworthy, fuelled and fully equipped. Accurate recording of all medications and consumables used while on shift. Base To be the first point of contact for the patient or carer/relative in our designated Treatment Centres. Supporting Clinicians while you are on shift. Communicating with patients both in person and via the telephone (comfort & welfare checks). Ensure the Treatment Centre is kept clean and tidy. Your new company
Since the return from half-term, Hays Education has been inundated with Teaching Assistant roles to start immediately in primary schools across Wigan.
These roles are on a temporary and long-term basis, with the potential for these roles to be permanent for the right candidate. These schools are mainstream schools, and they do have some SEN needs within their classes. This is across both KS1 and KS2.
These schools are looking for someone to provide general support in the classroom, as well as being supported by a dedicated team of staff and the class teacher.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing support and assistance to different classroom teachers with the delivery of curriculum, as well as supporting the pupils in both group and 1:1 settings across the KS1 and KS2 year groups. You will be required to hold interventions for maths, reading, writing and phonics, so it would be beneficial if you have experience with these. Some of these schools will include SEN pupils, so any experience here would be beneficial. We will always strive to meet your requirements and assign you to the particular year group of your choice.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you must have recent experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting. As the schools are recruiting immediately, it would be ideal if you could jump straight into the role. However, do not let this put you off applying, as we are always receiving new roles. SEN experience would also be desirable in this role, but it is not essential as it will depend on the school you are placed in.

Job Summary: Operations Admin Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations teams. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and facilitating effective communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks including updating information in Orderwise & Teams including ETA's, Product Issues, Bin Locations, Barcodes. Using Freshdesk to communicate with Suppliers & other departments.
• Operations Support: Help manage inventory, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products. Assist in coordinating logistics and supply chain activities.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Communication: Facilitate communication between sales, operations, and other departments. Ensure all departments are aligned
• Project Assistance: Support various projects and initiatives as needed. Assist in process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:
Experience:

• Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably however, full training will be given.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
