HLTA 36 hours per week 39 weeks per annum
Qualified HLTA: Surrey Pay PS6 £29,697 to £31,848 (pro-rata: £25,548-£27,398)
If working towards HLTA qualification: Surrey Pay PS5 £26,777 - £28,686 FTE
There will be a pay increase upon gaining HLTA qualification. GCSEs at Grade C or above in English and Maths are prerequisites to enrol on the HLTA course.
Are you ready to inspire and make a lasting impact on the lives of young learners? Epsom Downs Community School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HLTA to join our team on a permanent contract, working 36 hours per week across 39 weeks of the year (term time only, plus five Inset days).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and excited to contribute to the success of our vibrant, forward-thinking school. If you haven’t yet obtained the HLTA qualification but believe your skills and experience match the role, we’ll support you by funding your qualification and providing a dedicated mentor to guide you through the process.
