Performs a variety of duties in support of the day to day operations of the fitness center. Maintains order and enforces policy, procedures and safety rules for the fitness center. Types of duties include but are not limited to: preparing the facility for operating or close and securing facility at night. Prepares league schedules, promotes programs and maintains standing and changes. Maintains reservation system for sports courts and fields. Receives, stores and issues a variety of recreation supplies and equipment. Inventories, maintains simple inventory records, initiates actions to restock low supplies, and displays checkout items. Assists with maintenance of lockers. Checks locker rooms and restrooms for cleanliness and cleans area of gym as required. Complies with safety, fire and facility cleanliness procedures. Serves as an exercise weight assistant in areas of resistance strength training and exercise. Assists in the development of individual and group exercise and weight training programs. • Assists senior Protocol Officer in planning, directing, and executing support for the Director, Deputy Director, Chief of Staff and Heads of Corporate Board, other DISA senior leadership, and Heads of Primary Field Offices (i.e., Joint Task Force).
• Administers program planning and procedures and implements regulations to provide for a comprehensive execution of Agency-wide protocol policy.
• Provides protocol support to both the military leadership and civilian executives of the Agency and other DOD Agencies on all matters relating to all special events.
• Monitors operations and assures protocol services and activities are efficiently maintained, operated and controlled for all DISA Generals, Flag Officers, and members of the Senior Executive Service.

1. Serves as personal property counselor. Conducts individual or classroom sessions to counsel all authorized military members and civilian employees of their entitlements for shipment and storage of personal property and privately owned vehicles, including specialized items, to domestic and overseas locations.
2. Plans and processes Personally Procured Move (PPM) incentive payments through the local Finance Office. Determines, advises, and consults with members on personal needs in light of entitlements based on rank, years of service, and type and amount of property to be moved.
3. Reviews Permanent Change of Station (PCS) and Temporary Duty (TDY) travel orders, determine entitlements, and make complete travel arrangements for active duty military, reserve component members, Department of Defense (DoD) civilians, and dependents for worldwide travel to include remote and isolated sites.
4. Performs other clerical and administrative tasks in support of the transportation work. Prepares requests to recover excess costs, instructions on office procedures, requests for information, item descriptions, reports, and routine letters.
