The College is looking for a Transition and Supported Internship Coordinator to work within the expanding Inclusive Learning department.
The role will consist of effectively planning and coordinating the Transition of students into Inclusive Learning for both study programs and our Supported Internships provision, along with the promotion of the department to employers, feeder schools, parent/ carer forums and local authorities.
The ideal candidate will have a good understand of the SEND Code of Conduct along with experience of Supported Internships and Access to Work Funding. They will be confident to represent the college at external events and welcoming to parents/carers and potential students.
