About The RoleWorking with the Business Development Manager (BDM), your main responsibility is to increase company revenue and profitability in line with agreed KPI’s and business plans. Your area of focus will be to support the Test Measurement and Inspection (TMI) BDMs with increasing customer contact, engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Generate spend from dormant and new business accounts through telephone and email communication
- Be proactive and confident in generating business from cold leads
- Take a proactive approach to growing existing customers via focused projects
- Manage all new customers to ensure a consistent customer journey and “on-boarding”
- Deliver high level of customer care in line with customer SLA’s
- Ensure the CRM system is kept up to date with activity at all times and data is transferred from the Business Operations system
- Administer the Sales enquiry and ordering process
- Coordinate customers’ product calibration process
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships throughout different levels of the company
- Work closely with the Marketing Team and support all TMI campaigns and Marketing activity
- Promote change positively and assist in embedding new concepts
