Build a Career: 

As an intern in the Stewardship department of Marketing Shared Services, your role will focus on evolving our organizational stewardship strategy and projects through a variety of ways:

• Data collection and data tracking related to organizational sustainability/stewardship-focused areas. 

• Design and implement projects and initiatives to support stewardship

• Implementation plan or best practice to reduce waste in key areas 

• Engagement and interviews with waste diversion vendors

• Support greenhouse gas inventory and updates. Gain experience with tool for carbon management

The Internal Legal Specialist is responsible for completing tasks and reviewing legal documents that are processed as part of the legal collections channel.   Specialist will also complete operational tasks to support filing efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Read, validate and process large quantities of affidavits and legal documents. Review account level detail and complete tasks for accounts in the Legal Channel.  Ensure accuracy and take steps to resolve discrepancies. 60%

Provides regular tracking and reporting on adherence to daily processes and / or financial performance. 15%

Partner with operations leadership, team members, paralegals and attorneys to meet monthly production goals. 15%

Oversees and makes suggestions for improvements to daily automated and manual processes. 5%

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:  High School Diploma   

EXPERIENCE:  1-2 Years customer service or clerical experience

Job Purpose

The Jackson Financial Inc. Internal Audit team (JFI IA) is an independent assurance function that assists the Board, Executive Committee, Audit Committee, and Risk Committee in protecting the assets, reputation, and sustainability of the organization through the independent, objective, and risk-based assessment and reporting of the overall effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes across the organization, and by appropriately challenging executive management to improve the effectiveness of those processes. Essential Responsibilities

• Manages and executes audit activities to evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls, and recommends changes as needed.

About the Opportunity:

Amcor Rigid Packaging is seeking a full-time summer intern that will commence in May 2024 and will give the selected student; a challenging project-based work experience, the opportunity to learn about Amcor Rigid Packaging business, the packaging industry, and receive mentorship from business leaders.

Internship Assignments:

This internship offers a broad experience within the Amcor Supply Chain Group and the selected intern will gain experience leading and contributing towards robust Supply Chain projects.  Amcor is excited to be embarking on a transformation of its supply chain systems and processes.  This internship will have specific deliverables as a part of the implementation of the project and will help shape the future of supply chain standards, reporting and KPI’s within Amcor.  The intern experience will include observing and working along-side team members as they manage a range of responsibilities.  Based on needs during the time of the internship, the assignment may include the following:

• Participate in the development, analysis and implementation of statistical forecast modeling
• Conduct planning and analysis of various demand scenarios
• Manage, analyze and maintain master data for use in planning and execution systems

About the Opportunity:
