Are you passionate about recruitment and looking to make an impact in healthcare Sherwood Forest Hospitals is seeking a Recruitment Team Leaderto join our team!
In this role, you will provide daily management to our Recruitment Team, ensuring a comprehensive, safe, effective, and efficient recruitment service for the Trust. You’ll advise line managers and work proactively to identify ways to enhance our recruitment service to better meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
It is essential that you are an individual who is able to think outside the box and use your initiative to solve problems and be a role model to the team.
• To undertake responsibility for the day-to-day management of the recruitment team,
including regularly reviewing work performance, KPIs, attendance and conducting annual appraisals and development reviews.
• To address any initial attendance, performance, grievances and disciplinary matters
• To provide recruiting managers and other relevant parties with advice, support and
guidance on all aspects of the recruitment process, including employment legislation and NHS Guidelines.
• To work with internal and external customers to resolve any problems and complaints at
an operational level that may arise in relation to the service provided by the team
escalating any to the Head of Resourcing as appropriate.
• To provide support in the co-ordination, organisation and resourcing of Assessment
Centres, Open Days, recruitment fairs and other Trust recruitment initiative
• Work collaboratively with the Quality, Audit and Improvement Lead to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment service is maintained at all times identifying any areas for improvement.
