Provide expertise to create and review agency national acquisition policies as they relate to contract administration and agency acquisition systems as well as to the users of the systems with which acquisition system interfaces.
Create procedures and policies that improve how OAS acquires services, products, or supplies.
Maintain a working knowledge of contract administration support needs within OAS and other GSA Staff Offices serviced by OAS contracting workforce and will provide technical acquisition support, advice and guidance as needed.
Collect, analyze and distribute usage and performance data, in easy to use format, to encourage consistency, improvement and increased usage of acquisition related systems.
