• The incumbent coordinates SNPLMA-funded projects for the Federal, state, and local government agencies, and non-governmental organizations.

The Unit Leader is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of assigned Team Leaders (who in turn manage a group of Corps Members) to facilitate the successful completion of multiple service projects. Primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Provides leadership to 7 to 10 Team Leaders in the implementation of service projects that are accomplished by approximately 10 Corps Members per team. • APHIS liaison for economic analyses with various policy staffs of the Department and with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).

Duties

• Incumbent serves as a member of the VACO General Post Fund Review Committee which reviews and approves the distribution of available resources to the field facilities.
• Provides program and technical support to Central Office, regional offices and medical center directors to maintain a high level of program activity.
