The PGS Learning Technology & Solutions (LT&S) Lead is responsible for leading a team of individual contributors who provide global expertise to the PGS network focused on Learning Management System (LMS) and related technology. The LT&S Team Lead serves as the overall PGS business owner / representative for the Pfizer LMS, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and optimization of the global PGS LMS. The LT&S Lead represents PGS on the Enterprise Technology Steering Committee and sponsors the PGS global LMS forum (CoP) to drive excellence and compliance, including effective adoption of best practices.

The LT&S Team is an integral part of the PGS Personnel and Training Management Process Center of Excellence (COE) and partners with sites and functions to establish, manage and execute a digital learning roadmap for PGS. Amgen is searching for a Director, Diagnostic Strategy Lead located in China. This individual will be a member of the global Diagnostics team responsible for the development and implementation of Diagnostic (Dx) development strategy across therapeutic areas for the China market.

Integral to the ongoing success of Amgen’s growing pipeline, the Diagnostics (Dx) Group is responsible for the successful transition of a biomarker assay to marketed Diagnostic to support the clinical development strategy for regulatory approval and commercialization.

The post holder will provide senior clinical leadership for AHP's or Nursing and will lead operational management within the ICSU at borough level. To provide system leadership for the service to drive through best practice changes to ensure that clinical outcomes for patients, clients and their families continually improve. To champion strong collaboration across clinical pathways and ensure the engagement of other services to maintain patient flow across the hospital and the community system. The post holder will lead in the delivery of excellent care to ensure that local objectives align to the Trust Nursing & Midwifery/AHP strategic priorities. Taking a trust wide lead in one/or more of the corporate nursing/AHP priority areas, the post holder will support the improvement andstrengthening of quality of care (patient safety, patient experience and clinical effectiveness) by working closely with the localgovernance leads. A key part of this role will include ensuring the delivery of CQC standards. Locally the post holder will lead onoptimising and strengthening the role and responsibility of shift leaders and senior nurses & AHPs within the ICSU. As the Assistant Director of HR for Lead Employer, you will ensure the delivery of a customer focussed Lead Employer Service, delivering a strategic, operational business and value-added service. Service Delivery
• Lead on the development and delivery of MWL Lead Employer Strategy and operational business plan and development to deliver an effective service to stakeholders.
• Ensure the Lead Employer Service has long term strategic plans aligned to national strategies particularly around Doctors in Training & Improving Working Lives agenda as described within the NHS People plan.
• Responsible for the delivery of the Lead Employer Service to stakeholders, providing a leadership style which develops and empowers the Lead Employer team to be involved in the development of services.

• Responsible for the design, implementation, and delivery of the Governance Framework for the Lead Employer Service.

• Manage staff, systems, processes, and controls to ensure accountability, probity and compliance with external legislation and internal governance.
• Ensure the relevant risk action plans are developed, implemented, and delivered for Lead Employer.
• Ensure paper based and electronic record and filing systems are maintained in accordance with the Trust Information Governance, GDPR and Record Management policies.
• Monitor the Lead Employer Service compliance with GDPR, Data Protection, Freedom of Information, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion opportunities.

Client Program Delivery:

- Lead and oversee multi skilled teams to deliver projects that produce high quality outcome for clients
