Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced procurement specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have work experience in international procurement or cross-border trade, as well as a background in the IT or internet industry. You will be responsible for managing procurement processes related to the IT and computer field, ensuring the efficient operation of the supply chain, while optimizing costs and improving procurement efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement of IT and computer hardware, network device, storage device, software, and related equipment.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms.
- Monitor market trends, assess, and identify new suppliers and procurement opportunities.
- Manage procurement orders to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication to align procurement needs with company objectives.
- Maintain supplier relationships to ensure the stability and reliability of the supply chain.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide decision support for management.
- Comply with international trade regulations and company policies to ensure the compliance of procurement activities.
- Track and evaluate supplier performance to continuously improve the procurement process.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 3 years of work experience in international trade, supply chain management, IT procurement, or related fields.
- Familiar with products and markets in the IT and cloud computing fields.
- Good command of both Chinese and English, able to communicate with international suppliers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the IT or internet industry.
- Practical experience in procurement or trade in Singapore, Japan, and Western countries.
- Proficiency in Japanese (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- Ability to adapt to domestic and international travel.
