Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in Project Management or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Independent and able to cope with tight schedule
• Intelligent, initiative, aggressive and with good personality
• Strong supervision skills and with good management & negotiation skills including handling workers, subcontract, vendors and suppliers in tight schedule
• Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently with operational drive
• Well verse in MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Words
• Able to communicate in email, report and minutes recording
• With own transport and willing to travel outstation
• knowledge of using the Machinery

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and develop Project Quality Plan and ensure that project team adheres to PQP while maintaining proper documentation, daily site reports and inspections.
• Responsible in planning, organizing and monitoring assigned projects until completion.
• Oversee projects on a daily basis, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with supervisors and monitor site progress to ensure guidelines are maintained.
• Monitor project schedule and rectify non-conformity, if any.
• To resolve any disputes which arises if any, and identifying areas for improvement in project’s progress.
• To plan and execute work program to ensure project is completed on time and on budget
• To attend consultant meeting representing the company to ensure smooth implementation of the projects up to completion and delivery
• To coordinate and manage the project with external parties ie Clients, Architects, Consultants, QS and all the authorities
• To liaise with QS/Purchasing Department on material & drawings and ordering with time frame
• To study all construction drawings vs BQ Quantity and to manage any discrepancies through RFI up to resolution
• To prepare daily report and progress report to SO, Client & Consultant based on agreed cut off
• To work in conjunction with the architect, structural engineer and clerk of works in coordinating the release of information and to discuss and resolve constructions issues/problems
• To coordinate, manage and resolve all in-house construction workers/team and sub contractor needs to ensure smooth execution on site from materials to machineries to manpower to method statement to money matters
