We have an exciting role covering maternity leave to work within the medical and international recruitment team. This would involve recruiting doctors across all services and supporting the recruitment of international staff.
We are looking for a confident, committed team member who has excellent administrative skills and enjoys working in a unique fast-paced environment. This role involves supporting advertising, arranging interviews, submitting offers and completing employment checks for new members of our Trust.
We are looking for employees with the right values, and if successful you will receive extensive recruitment-based training - no specific recruitment experience is required.
In this role you will:
• Support line managers to effectively and efficiently recruit.
• Use our e-recruitment systems to swiftly and proactively recruit candidates.
• Promote and deliver a high quality service to all our service users.
• Participate in a remote working/ in office hybrid rota.
To succeed in this role you will have
• Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
• Solid experience of undertaking a range of administrative tasks and competence in various computer systems.
• Ability to manage your own workload working both independently and towards team goals.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
