職位概述

我們正在尋找一位經驗豐富且具有策略眼光的集團財務經理來領導我們的財務和會計職能。集團財務經理將在管理集團的財務運營、預算、預測和提供財務見解以支持我們的成長和永續發展目標方面發揮至關重要的作用。該職位需要每季或半年前往我們位於巴布亞新幾內亞的種植園。

主要職責

財務規劃與分析：

• 領導整個集團財務策略、預算和財務計劃的製定和執行。
• 提供財務見解和分析以支持決策並確保財務責任。
• 參與集團的預算流程。
• 管理金融交易。
• 簡化會計職能和營運。
• 制定財務增長計劃。

財務報告

• 監督準確的財務報表和報告的準備和及時交付。
• 確保遵守監管要求和會計準則。

風險管理

• 識別財務風險並實施緩解策略。
• 維持強大的內部控制環境以保護公司資產。

財務和現金管理

• 管理現金流和流動性以支持集團的日常營運和資本投資。
• 監控銀行關係，包括融資協議和條款的談判。

稅務與合規

• 確保遵守稅務法律和法規。
• 與外部審計師和稅務機關合作，促進審計和評估。
• 確保遵守法定法規，即企業所在的所有司法管轄區的政府法規、會計準則、公認會計準則 (GAAP)。
• 制定、實施和維護健全的財務會計制度，記錄標準作業程序、公司治理和內部控制（預防性和檢測性）。
• 符合當地法規的企業稅務轉讓定價文件

團隊領導力

• 建立和管理一支高績效的財務和會計團隊。
• 培養持續改善、專業發展和團隊合作的文化。

資格

• 金融、會計或相關領域學士學位（碩士或註冊會計師優先）。
• 擁有豐富擔任財務經理/財務主管或類似財務領導角色的經驗，至少有 15 年的經驗。
• 願意每季或半年出國出差一次。
• 對會計原則、財務法規、審計原則和報告標準有深入的了解。
