Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of all outlets, ensuring efficiency and quality in all processes.
- Lead the opening of new outlets, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.
- Operated and maintained shop machinery, troubleshooting, and fixing basic machinery breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Produce high-quality beancurd and other shop products, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to build a skilled and motivated team that aligns with our company values.
- Handle purchasing of materials both locally and overseas, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality in supply chain management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the beancurd or related food production industry.
