Riverbank School are looking to appoint an Administration Assistant. We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant who can offer excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask, able to prioritise, whilst having excellent professional skills.
We have a warm and nurturing school culture which helps to develop pupils social skills successfully. As your role as teaching assistant you will be required to support the class teacher in everyday tasks, promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils, encouraging them to act independently.
Riverbank School supports pupils aged 3-11 with a variety of additional learning needs including speech, communication and language difficulties, autistic spectrum condition, severe learning difficulties and physical and medical needs. Riverbank school is a caring and nurturing community that provides valuable care support and guidance for its pupils. Staff place pupils wellbeing at the heart of all aspects of their work to ensure we always "learning together to be the best we can".
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, ICT skills and experience of being the first point of contact for the school supporting parents, staff and pupils.

This vacancy is suitable for post share.This salary is subject to the Living Wage supplement which brings pay rates up to £12 per hour (scp 2 - 4). This supplement will be reviewed in January 2024 and thereafter annually in April.
