The Governing Body is looking to recruit a highly committed Estate Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the premises and site are safe, clean and well maintained for our staff and pupils. The post is 30 hours for 52 weeks per year, with 27 days paid leave plus bank holidays. There is a requirement to work a split shift (currently 6:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.), and occasionally there may be the need for out of hours or additional time. Annual leave must be taken during school closure periods (school holidays).
As part of your role you will act as the first point of contact for all building and site matters and so would need to be living no more than 20 minutes from the school.
