Providing high quality customer care, in person, phone or email, you will maintain up to date knowledge on courses, fee payments and eligibility to study and respond to queries accurately and appropriately. You will maintain and complete up to date enrolment related documents including fee assessment documents, application forms, financial forms such as daily cash ups, and carry out administrative and enrolment duties such as, assess payment options for learners, post duties, reception duties and supporting Admissions events as required.

The role will involve processing and monitoring student date, course and associated data and assist in raising and maintaining the quality of the data in College’s information systems. Working together with the rest of the MIS team to ensure data integrity enabling timely and accurate data returns.
The day-to-day aspect of the job will ensure the smooth enrolment records, update, and maintain student records across all funding streams as directed including Apprentices and Work based/Work Placed learning. Ensuring these records contain all data that is required for ILR and funding returns and accurate valid and up-to-date, operating cycles of cleansing activities to support these actions.

New Lubbesthorpe Primary School (near Leicester Forest East) opened in 2019 and is now a fully operational 2 form entry Primary school with 420 pupils. The school is currently looking at expanding to a 3 form entry school with 630 pupils and additional staff to support the schools running.
You will have responsibility for maintaining the security, safety, condition and cleanliness of the school, including carrying out routine day-to-day cleaning duties until such time as pupil numbers justify the appointment of dedicated cleaning staff for whom you will have day-to-day line management responsibility.
You will work 37 hours per week, which will be worked on a split shift basis (7:00-10:30 am and 2:00 – 6:00 pm) during school term time and at times to be agreed during school holidays. Activate Learning now have an exciting opportunity for an Examinations Officer to join our team based at Banbury College.
The Examinations Team are responsible for all matters relating to the students' outcomes – facilitating all arrangements required for the successful entry, assessment and claiming of results by learners. Within your area of responsibility you will co-ordinate and run exams sessions in co-ordination with JCQ (Joint Council for Qualifications) regulations.
Working with stakeholders across the group such as faculty staff, learning support teams and the data team, you will ensure examinations are effectively managed and coordinated with the rest of the group. You will also be responsible for training and coordinating invigilators to ensure they are prepared for their part in examinations.
This is a permanent, full-time role, working 37 hours per week. The role will be based at Banbury College, with occasional travel required to our Oxford Campus during peak exam seasons.
What do you need to be successful as an Examinations Officer at Activate Learning?
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and teamwork skills, and a high level of customer service skills to enable you to communicate effectively with all our customers.
