What the role involves:

1. Handle and execute day-to-day Air Freight Forwarding Export activities and Customer Service Shipment booking from Shipper

What the Job involves:

Position Overview

Responsible for the establishment of a functional Healthcare Industry Vertical organization within South Asia Ocean setting up and implement a regional Healthcare strategy that will lead to business growth in close cooperation with the Business Units.

Responsibilities

• Create Yusen South Asia Ocean Healthcare development strategy, with alignment to Yusen’s Global Healthcare strategy, and Yusen Global Headquarter product development direction with the end result to grow the Healthcare Sales Revenue within SAO
• Coach and support the sales teams in the countries on the Healthcare sales approach and collaborate with the countries to ensure pan regional opportunities are approached holistically as a global/regional customer would expect, without any natural silo considerations.

• Develop and implement fit for purpose Healthcare products together with the regional BU’s

Requirements & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business management, logistics and supply chain management or related.
• 10+ years of experience in logistics; 5+ years of experience in management and 5+ years in pharmaceutical logistics

Shipping / Documentation Officer

What the Role Involves:

1. Prepares full set of shipping documentation such as packing lists, invoices and certificate of origin.
2. To coordinate with warehouse teams for shipment preparation
3. Monitor import shipping matters.
4. Monitor shipments' departure & arrival.
5. Update of KPI on individual shipments and shipment process
6. Declare and apply custom permit related documents.
