Attachment Description
The Business Development Manager will lead all business development efforts within the organisation, including the development and implementation of business development strategies and activities. He / She is required to identify new business opportunities to better meet the needs of existing markets and bring benefits to the organisation.
Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
- Researching and analyzing market trends, sales options, and industry positions to identify new business opportunities.
- Working with potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions, and maintaining long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Generating sales leads, preparing and delivering pitches to potential clients, and translating proposals into contracts.
- Staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and preparing reports.
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication skills with business partners and the market.
- Find new business ventures that will benefit the company and and enhance the organization's advantages with demands of the current markets.
- Review marketing effectiveness metrics to improve product offers and corporate competitiveness.
- Ability to learn the skill in Research & Strategy.
