The candidate will play a critical role in the daily operations of tours for transit passengers in Singapore. - 6-hours AM & PM shifts (7am to 1pm, 1pm to 7pm).
- To be stationed at customer service booths at the transit terminals of Singapore Changi Airport.
- Provide customer service for the booking, registration, waitlist and enquires of transit tours for passengers.
- Upkeep the customer service booths and ensure they are in good working condition and cleanliness.
- Maintain all equipment and logistics at the booths and ensure security of items.
- Escort passengers to meeting point & liaise with tour guides for commencement of transit tours.
- Attend all required trainings and updates.
- Uphold a high level of customer service standard.
- Manage feedback and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Compile daily reports to project manager and supervisor.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Background of working in customer service role is a plus
• Team player and able to work under minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Excellent group management and time management skills
• Competent computer literacy and working with basic software (e.g. Microsoft)
• Detailed oriented
• Willingness to work and continuously learn in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work at least 4 shifts a week as well as PH & Weekends
