The Marketing Insights & Analytics team sits within the Marketing function of Visa in Asia Pacific (AP) with a vision to be an insight-led engine of advisory.  The team delivers insights & marketing measurement analytics based advisory to internal Visa stakeholders and as a Value-Added Service (VAS) to our clients & partners.  

What a Senior Manager – Insights & Analytics, Asia Pacific does at Visa:

This Sr Mgr role reports to the Head of Marketing Analytics for AP and will operate within the Marketing Measurement practice area with a focus on research and survey-based measurement deploying varied tools & solutions and developing and running Marketing Measurement for Visa.  This role will support AP Marketing function with relevant insights for campaign briefs & creative development, measurement of marketing investment impact on the business & brand in short term as well as long term using research methods and advanced analysis techniques.  The incumbent will manage & provide mentorship to a junior member of the team, training them to operationalize a best-in-class campaign & brand tracking program and coaching how to uncover insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.

Manage end to end insight input into marketing planning, execution and measurement and be a strategic advisor for AP marketing function

Job Description

Sponsorships play a central role in the marketing strategy for Visa globally. Our clients have the ability to activate these events as well, through our pass-through rights, creating endless possibilities to create co-marketing programs that drive the combined business of our clients and Visa – helping drive issuance, activation and usage of Visa products.

The Client Marketing Sponsorships Senior Manager, will lead, design and execute co-marketing programs in collaboration with the team of client marketeers in the various markets, aiming at supporting our key clients across Asia Pacific with our sponsorships, including both strategic plans and tactical campaigns. You will also work in collaboration with the regional Client Marketing Services Team, develop an understanding of our client’s business strategies and needs and use that to identify opportunities for joint marketing programs that deliver growth for the client and for Visa.

Reporting to the Head of Sponsorship Marketing, this role will lead Visa towards the big events that will happen in the coming years: the activation of Red Bull racing with a focus on the 4 AP races (Australia, China, Japan and Singapore), the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympic Games, The FIFA World Cup 2026, as well as a myriad of regional and local sponsorships.

Working closely with our client marketing teams, you will be the internal sponsorship specialist for clients, partners and merchants and offer the right marketing assets and services, with compelling, persuasive, engaging and actionable communications.

This role will be based in Singapore, but focus is across all AP markets. This is a key role in a Marketing function which is growing at a very fast pace, with high visibility within the organization.

Qualifications

As a candidate you should have:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to join our newly established GTM and Commercialization team within the VAS organization. This team is dedicated to enable accelerated revenue growth in VAS for Asia Pacific by driving scalable, predictable and repeatable sales outcomes in a data driven manner. The team collaborates closely with senior leadership as well as functional teams including Generalist and Specialist sellers, VAS solution owners, Marketing, Sales Operations, etc.

Primary responsibilities:

• Establish scalable and repeatable GTM strategies and processes that can be applied across different products and services

The scope and mandate for the Global CMS Deals Team is:

• The initial scope is focused on Money Movement (Visa Direct, Account, Wallet), with coverage expanding over time to include Treasury, B2BC, OTA/Virtual, and VCS Services. Client coverage spans all ecosystem participants including originators, financial institutions, fintechs, enablers, and technology partners
• The CMS Deals team is the primary partner to sales teams in all aspects of deal development, deal approval, and deal lifecycle management, including crafting the right structure, determining the right price, securing appropriate client commitments, building insightful deal review materials, maintaining decision records, and supporting contract drafting, negotiation, and execution.

Team Summary  

 The Acceptance Solutions team in thew Product organization is a team of seller side thought leaders and execution-focused specialists, who are merchant acquiring domain experts. Our primary objective is to support our  geographic markets with the deployment and execution of seller (merchant and acquirer) solutions that increase stickiness to Visa through solving for client pain points, while generating sustainable new  revenue streams. 

What an Acceptance Solutions Manager does at Visa: 

This role will be a critical member of the AP Acceptance Solutions team responsible for supporting deployment, activation, and usage of a range of seller side solutions including Tap to Pay, Tap to Phone (and other Tap to X use cases), Pre-Disputes Services (e.g.: Verifi), Rapid Seller Onboarding, Visa Merchant Screening Service (VMSS), Visa BIN Attribute Service and other data solutions. This team also provides thought leadership in the development of new solutions, for example Biometric Payments and Digital Receipts. 

This individual will work closely with geographic MS&A and Product leads and their clients (e.g.: acquirers, payment gateways, merchants) to build client business development strategies, lead pre-sales engagements and pipeline management, and project manage client implementation & integration of these solutions and initiatives. The primary focus of this role will be Visa's dispute management solutions. 

In this role, you are expected to: 

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Visa Acceptance solutions, offering guidance to markets and client-facing teams 

• Lead efforts to expand Acceptance Solutions adoption across the Asia Pacific (AP) region, working with client-facing teams to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and demonstrate how the product can fulfil these needs 

• Develop high-quality pitch decks, business cases and case studies tailored to clients specific portfolio performances and market conditions
