Role & Responsibilities:
HR Recruitment, Operations & Administration
· Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified candidates and collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
· Take charge of the full employee cycle, including Onboarding and Offboarding procedures as per company SOP
· Provide support and guidance to employees when complex and sensitive questions and issues arise; such as investigating allegations of wrongdoing, termination, and grievances
· Manage Employee Data & Files with a strong ability to manage confidential data
· Assist in the planning and preparation of people & culture activities, including events management
· Assist in employee payroll matters
· Manage and assist in operating our HR Software – including registration of new employees, managing leaves & claims functions, etc
· Manage Singapore Employment work pass matters
Office Administration, Marketing & IT Support
· Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties
· Assist in IT-related matters, such as laptop asset management, laptop setup, etc
· Take charge of the ordering and maintenance of general office supplies such as stationeries, as well as ensuring office tidiness
· Oversee pantry management, including the purchase of beverages/snacks
· Maintain the budget files such as office and pantry expenditure, etc
· Assist in the coordination of overseas visits, including hotel bookings, transport, arrange various meetings with internal team, customers visits, dinner reservation, etc.
· Assist with Marketing & PR efforts, including preparing marketing collaterals and website maintenance
· Assist in hard-copy & e-filing bills, invoices, HR Documents, employee P-documents, etc.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources and/or a related field
· Minimum 1-2 Years of experience in Recruitment & HR Operations
· Good working knowledge of local employment legislation and HR practices
· Knowledge and experience in recruiting and handling foreign workers on work passes is preferred
· Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
· Resourcefulness and quick to adapt to situations
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
· Experience in handling Work Passes, such as Employment Passes, S Passes, etc, would be beneficial
