As a Cybersecurity Manager for Venture Group, you will play a critical leadership role in protecting the company’s global digital assets across the organization globally. JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the various tests applied to products for optimum test coverage in meeting customer & product specifications. Performs top defects failure analysis, test yield improvement, 1st article approvals, ECN changes, calibration of equipment and maintenance/updating of test procedure documentation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish testing strategies, flow and procedures to ensure smooth, effective and efficient running of production.

• Perform test capacity planning to ensure testers' capacities are maximized and sufficient.

• Constantly improve test yield via CIP/RMA activities.

• Generate, update, review and maintain the Venture Standard Operating Procedure.

• Lead a group of Test Engineering Assistants / Technicians & ensure compliance to quality standards, company guidelines and procedures, to whilst providing necessary support to production.

• Validate and maintain test equipment in good condition and maintain a master list of test equipment in the production to ensure the most current revisions are implemented on the line.

• Review and evaluate 1st article samples before submitting to customers (if applicable).

• Participate in product transfer activities & NPI support.

• Generate and validate test reports prior to publication.

• Maintain minimum debug WIP through test yield improvements & resource management.

• Liaise with customers on product related issues for improvements - NPI and existing products.

• Constantly looking into better test efficiencies and better test coverage to achieve 1st class quality at minimum cost.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.

• Participate in cost Saving measures and LEAN initiative.

AUTHORITY

• Participate in MRB disposition of parts and problem solving.

• Recommend test equipment, test fixtures and improve test program to ensure products meet the required quality and achieve high efficiencies. Implement changes according to ECN.

• Remove measuring/test equipment from production line that are out of calibration.

• Review calibration report prior to release or for necessary disposition if deemed unfit for use .

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent preferred, with 2-3 years relevant experience in a highly competitive product manufacturing environment.

We’re looking to add a HR Executive in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio.

As a HR Executive, you will:

• Manage the recruitment process for Non-Exempt (NE) and Direct Labor (DL) staff to meet operational needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Non-Exempt and Direct Labor employees regarding inquiries and issues, covering areas such as benefits and company policies.
• Conduct entry and exit interviews for NE & DL level employees.
• Oversee the full spectrum of employees and Foreign Workers Administration, including handling work pass applications, terminations, Security Bond purchases, and managing On & Off Boarding processes.
• Coordinate timely medical examinations for workers, including but not limited to bi-annual check-ups and Lead Examinations
• Generate various HR letters such as appointment, promotion, transfer, and resignation letters, as well as compile related HR reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of all HR files, both in the office and on company’s system.
• Manage disciplinary actions or feedback from workers as required.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The position of Analyst supports the Treasury Manager in all aspect of Treasury functions and is responsible for managing the Company’s group cash, working capital and foreign exchange risk. This shall include cash management activities, including planning and execution of cash flow management of all business segments of the organization, supporting the cash forecasting as well as foreign exchange risk management. Responsibilities :

• Responsible for daily treasury operations and cash management activities including deposit placements in financial instruments to maximize returns for the company.
• Manages the company's cash flow by working closely with internal stakeholders in forecasting cash needs, ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet financial obligations.
• Assist in preparing group working capital reports and liaise with sites’ finance and operations to optimize working capital position.
• Work with business units to identify foreign currency exposure and improve FX forecasts accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze economic and market information to determine potential impacts on foreign currency and recommend appropriate hedging strategies related to the foreign exchange risk management to the Treasury Manager.
• Prepare analysis reports on Group FX hedging activities, such as currency exposure position, sensitivity analysis, gain & loss variance analysis.
• Prepare and present treasury reports, cash positioning reports, cash forecasting, budgets, treasury strategies to management.
• Support investment process which includes preparation of investment materials for existing and potential investments.
• Manage the setup of bank accounts, ongoing bank account mandate and e-banking access maintenance, bank facilities set up and handling of bank compliance documents.
• Support on any adhoc projects as and when required.

Requirements :

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
• Candidates with 3-5 years of Corporate Treasury experience or corporate position from Big 4/International firms are preferred.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Financial Controller,

• You will lead the Group’s financial and management reporting function responsible for the financial and management accounting, reporting and consolidation of Venture’s group accounts, compliance with SGX listing rules requirements, negative assurance compliance and reporting deadlines.
• You are also responsible for the maintenance of Group finance policies to ensure compliance with SFRS(I) accounting principles. Perform management analysis of the group performance against forecast/budget and review of Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and working capital.
• You will be a finance business partner to the Senior Management team on all financial issues, including evaluation of potential business opportunities and manage a range of ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities :

Financial Reporting & FP&A

• Responsible for the monthly review of the group’s performance with effective analysis of the income statement including revenue, gross margins and cost management.
• Responsible for financial tracking, forecasting and review of the group’s performance against approved financial plan.
• Support benchmarking of the group’s financial and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Perform balance sheet review of the group’s subsidiaries to ensure appropriate accounting treatment has been consistently applied.
• Responsible for reviewing capital investment proposals to ensure that required Return-on- Investment are achieved.
• Ensure timely management reporting, forecasting and analysis.
• Lead the group’s annual budgeting exercise.

Project Management & System Implementation

• Lead project team to drive Group Finance’s system digitalization and transformation initiatives.
• Project management of various systems implementation projects across for group entities to track progress in accordance timeline and resolving issues to ensure smooth implementation
• Manage various stakeholder groups including Group IT, external consultants, finance and other users to manage key project communications.
• Review relevant finance processes and workflow for improvement, streamlining and harmonization.
• Recommend best practices and creative solutions to improve overall organization efficiency and effectiveness.
• Report to steering committee on the project progress, milestones, issues and recommendations.

Team Management

• Motivate and lead the staff in enhancing their skills and capabilities.
• Ad-hoc financial assignments as required by CFO and management team.

Requirements :

• Possess a Degree in Accountancy / Professional qualification with ACCA / CIMA / CPA.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience preferably in manufacturing environment.
• With at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a management reporting at managerial capacity, relevant Group Financials experience in a SGX listed company.
• SAP or other ERP system knowledge will be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Diploma and/or Degree in Engineering / Building-related
• Minimum 3 years' of experience in facilities / building environment
• LEW electrical license by EMA
• Manufacturing environment / Managing Agent background preferred
• Specialized in ACMV and compressor air system
• Experience in Integrated Facilities Management in both soft and hard services
