Oversee the projects from beginning to end
1) Plan and schedule project timelines, material requisition.
2) Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
3) Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
4) Prepare resource requirements on time to avoid potential delays.
5) Submit claims and assistant QS for work done certification.
B) Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards
1) Supervise and inspect construction work on site, identify and solve site issues.
2) Collect, organize and update construction drawings, report changes on drawings to clients and designers in a timely manner.
3) Keep good documentation for recording purpose.
4) Supervise site clearance and submit daily site progress description.
C) Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, designers, and key team members of the project
1) Liaise with subcontractors/designers and schedule follow-up meetings.
2) Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain schedule, review payment requests of subcontractors.
3) Attend weekly or monthly meetings with key team members on work progress and prepare monthly work progress report;
D) Enforce safety standards, implement workplace safety programs, and report issues.
Requirement:
Good knowledge of Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel and Project)
1) Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills with emphasis on attention to details
2) Excellent project & people management skills
3) Excellent presentation, management, and leadership skills
4) Ownership of Personal Transport preferred
5) AutoCAD skills preferred
