The cross-solutions product marketing team is tasked with driving adoption of TransUnion’s global solutions by using strong, scalable go-to-market tactics that solidify our position as thought leader, innovator, and trusted partner. Sitting at the intersection of product management, marketing, training and sales, our product marketing team is highly collaborative, both cross-functionally and within our own team.
What You'll Bring:
• 5+ years of experience in B2B partnership marketing, with demonstrated expertise in areas such as program management, affiliate marketing, referral marketing, influencer marketing, and co-branding programs.
• Documented history of successfully developing and significantly improving partner programs by measurable improvements in partner engagement, revenue growth, and market expansion.
• Fluency in developing thought leadership content, supporting collateral, and case studies to drive partner channel sales and awareness
• Advocacy skills, emotional intelligence, and superb communication abilities to foster and improve productive relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders, including sales leaders
• Analytic and systems-building skills, including developing program performance metrics and pipeline analysis to ensure ROI for investments and efforts
• Self-motivated and able to work in an organized way in an extremely fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong project management, attention to detail and bias towards execution
• Exceptional content writing skills both for print and web
• Works with limited supervision; prioritizes based on direction from management

Experience in developing and executing on successful partner marketing strategies and operating models for impactful product launches targeting global markets, is preferred.
Impact You'll Make:
As TransUnion evolves and expands its partner programs across the solution portfolios, the Partnership Marketing Program, Product Marketing Advisor will be recognized as an expert in this area of the organization and supports the development of partner level program plans, systems, and operating models to improve the efficiency and maximize the revenue potential of our partner relationships. Your impact to the success of the team will include the following:
· Reports directly to the Vice President, Product Marketing.
· Develop centralized operating models and sustainable engagement strategies for affiliate, referral, influencer, and co-branding partner programs
· Act as a primary consultant on all partner programs; provides expert level detail/consultation on partner marketing to advocate for new policies, concepts, practices, and approaches
· Actively promote partner engagement by planning and producing awareness activities, such as content, thought leadership, events, and campaigns
· Create internal and partner sales enablement for joint solutions
· Evaluate the performance of partner marketing programs and recommend improvements; accountable for delivery of tactical business targets
· Report and analyze program performance and sales pipeline performance
· Develop and direct the development of partner-focused collateral, content, and website presence
· Track leads and pipeline from partnerships and partner activities
· Act as main interface between partnerships and internal stakeholders, such as marketing and sales leadership
· Identify, plan, and assist in execution of memorable in-person and remote event experiences that align to business goals and objectives
· Offer strategic recommendations for existing and new partner opportunities

Pay Scale Information :
The salary range for this position is $108,905.00 - $184,600.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s). At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
