Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts
• Review AP, AL entries
• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Finance Department
• Assist in cash flow management
• Review and approve the AP payments and staff reimbursements
• Update records of account receivables.
• Prepare timely monthly management reports
• Review quarterly GST filing preparation and file GST
• Liaison with external auditor on annual audit
• Assist in preparation for GST return, corporate income tax return
• Assist in administrative typing, data entry, printing filling & etc
• Keeping track of payment/invoice.
• Follow up of customer inquiry
• Assist in General Office Administration and Provide support to HR and Admin Department
• Payroll administration (include monthly submission of CPF, SDL, funds) , tax clearance IR21 , IR8A
• Administer staff benefits and welfare
• Hiring and Recruitment (when necessary)
• Familiar with WPOL, EPOL submission
• Liaison with insurance agent for WICA insurance and other insurance matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Related field with relevant work experience
• 2 to 3 years of working experience in related field
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, 365 Business Central is preferred
• Self-motivated, energetic and result oriented
• Independent, meticulous, analytical and hands on
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Team-player
• Good communications skills
