Job Description:
Accounting
• Responsible for full set accounts, reconciliation reports
• Ensure prompt year end and month-end closings
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, management reporting and ad hoc reporting
• Prepare and update tax and audit schedules
Statutory Compliance
• Prepare annual financial reports and submit to company secretary for filing to ACRA
• File tax and GST returns
• To meet other applicable laws and regulations.
Audits
• Coordinate and work with auditors closely to complete yearly financial audit.,
Cashflow
• Oversee overall cashflow management, rolling cashflow projections
• Monitor and update outstanding payments, collections and recoveries
• Support treasury management and weekly cashflow reporting
Asset & Inventory
• Manage asset register
• Monitor and manage inventory aging
• Liaise with banks, auditor, tax agents, lawyers and relevant
parties
• Supervise and managing accounts assistants
• Support new processes and system implementation
Requirements:
• Tertiary education in Accounting
• Working knowledge of AUTOCOUNT will be an added advantage
• Meticulous and attention to details
• Good analytical and coordinating abilities
• Prior experience in construction industry is strongly preffered
• Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within
timeline
• A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with
minimum supervision
• Able to communicate in both English & Chinese (to liaise with
associates)
• Working day: 5 Days (after confirmation), 5.5 Days (during
probation)
