We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support in our higher Key Stage 2 classroom. The individual will have experience and flexibility to support and cover the whole class for PPA. The ability and work ethic to be part of a small team, and contribute to the success of pupil outcome. The successful candidate would ideally understand the importance of nurture and getting to know our children in this small village primary school. The position is for 34.5 hours per week, term time plus two INSET days on a fixed term contract until August 2025. The role will include breakfast club and after school provision.

We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated, caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant. As a key member of staff you will take a pro-active role in the support of the educational and physical needs of the pupils with a focus on an individual’s support.

The successful candidate will be required to work alongside class teachers and Teaching Assistants and to follow any recommendations/guidance from multi agency teams. Experience of supporting students with complex and multiple learning needs or disabilities is a must, along with the confidence to manage emotional or behavioural difficulty.

The successful candidate will be required to work alongside class teachers and teaching assistants and to follow any recommendations/guidance from multi agency teams.
