The successful candidate would be responsible for coordinating the support of our students with sensory needs such as visual impairment, and multi-sensory impairment in addition to supporting students with SEND in their lessons. The successful candidate must have the skills and experience to enable students to become independent learners and make progress. The successful candidate would be responsible for coordinating the support of our students with sensory needs such as visual impairment, and multi-sensory impairment in addition to supporting students with SEND in their lessons. The ability to share your expert knowledge and experience through training and CPD sessions for other teaching assistants and teachers is essential. You will be ably supported by our experienced SEND leadership team, and will have the chance to participate in a range of CPD opportunities, from specialist sessions to shadowing and coaching.
