Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage fragrance production operations to meet production target and customer’s specifications

• Lead and drive the fragrance development activities for Personal wash category in ASEAN region
• To lead the personal wash category creative fragrance management team in Takasago Singapore, providing strategic direction for delivering category growth in the region

• Perform quality control microbiological testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
