The Role

Position Summary
The incumbent will perform general duties of a Civil engineer, work closely with relevant departments as well as government agencies in coordinating and managing projects from mobilisation to completion.

QS

• Communicate with suppliers / contractors / consultants / clients during project duration.

• Preparation of tender documents, cost planning, budget estimates, taking off and progress claims

• Pre- & Post-Contracts administration and control

• Taking-off quantities for tendering

• Documents preparation for sourcing quotations

Production

• Manage workers in manufacturing of precast pieces. Ensuring that schedule and Planning and arrangement of staff, manpower, material and machinery.

Drafting

• Design and preparation of shop drawings

• Prepare design/drafting schedule for approval

• Prepare and issue production drawings to production team

Talent Profile

• Must possess at least a Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering /Quantity Survey/ Building or equivalent.

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Precast component delivery and collection
• Trucking of precast components
• Familiar with loading procedures
• Ensure the safety of cargo and vehicle

Talent Profile

• Possess Class 4/5 Driving License
• Must have 1 year of experience as a Prime Mover Driver in Singapore
• Accident-free & clean records

The Role

Position Summary
The incumbent will perform general duties of an Administrative Assistant, work closely with employees in ensuring a timely reports and ensure that relevant parties receive information essential for their job role.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of our admin team to ensure customers the best possible experience on all fronts of the company.

• Check all POs and DOs from internal and external parties to ensure items, quantity, and amount are correct.

• Data entry of information

• Filing, checking and verify documents.

• Office admin including handling phone calls.

• Well-organized, meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Additional administrative duties when assigned.

Talent Profile

• Proficient in software applications, particularly Microsoft Office

• Secondary Four Education with pass in English.

• Good communication skills.
