The Senior Manager, Enablement Support, will lead the establishment of a high-performing service delivery and assurance organisation aligned with the company’s Vision. This pivotal role involves defining functional processes, procedures, and team capabilities to ensure exceptional customer experiences and service delivery within SLAs.
Key responsibilities include providing leadership and development for provisioning, technical support, service management, and offshore teams. The role will also implement a robust service management framework based on ITIL best practices, encompassing operational support for Technology as a Service (TaaS).
Additionally, the Senior Manager will drive transformation initiatives to automate and enhance work practices. Collaborating across departments, they will spearhead opportunities to improve tools, processes, and staff development. Crucial to this position is maintaining an engaged workforce, negotiating cross-departmental outcomes, and championing customer advocacy.
This role is integral to supporting the expansion of our emerging products in voice, data, and mobile services.
