We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Revit Technician to join our multi-disciplinary design teams in Leeds, as part of a growing and dynamic department providing detailed designs for water related projects in the UK. This role can be worked flexibly with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and the option of adjusted start and finish times.

What does the role involve?
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated technician to join our growing Leeds Water team. As a Revit Technician you will be:
Creating 3D models in Revit and as required AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Navisworks, including reviewing project set ups and management of models.
Working in tandem with multi-disciplinary Engineers to provide solutions to our client’s complex challenges.
Actively contribute to the technical success of projects as a team.
Ensuring BIM standards and quality of modelled information meets our clients requirements.
Working within a team environment under the supervision of senior colleagues.
Taking responsibility for the quality of BIM models and any outputs produced.
By working on landmark projects and schemes of all shapes and sizes to help our clients tackle climate change and improve the UK’s nature water resource, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical and professional expertise. To be successful in this role you will possess:
Proven experience in Revit, with desirable experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D Plant 3D and Navisworks.
Knowledge and experience working in Common Data Environments (CDE’s), such as BIM360 and ACC.
Proven experience in the preparation of Revit models including output documentation such as Naviswork Models and Annotated 2D Detailed Design Plans.
Proven experience of federating models from 3rd party suppliers and other project stakeholders.
The ability to communicate in a fluent and respectful manner with other team members
A positive and collaborative attitude, thriving in a team environment.
The ability to plan ahead and be forward thinking, promoting change, good practice and constructively challenging the accepted norms.
