Job Summary
We are seeking a Night Home Care Assistant to provide support and assistance to our client within their own home in Daventry. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate nature and a willingness to help others. This position is required Monday to Thursday from 9pm to 7am and you will be required to remain awake overnight to ensure the client's care needs are fully met and responded to
Responsibilities
- Assist the client with night time care needs
- Support the care team in implementing care plans
- Maintain a clean and tidy living environment for customers
- Communicate effectively with the client, family, and colleagues
- Provide companionship and emotional support to customers
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a care setting is desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- A valid driver's licence is essential
- Compassionate nature and willingness to assist others
