Job Description:
· Provide expertise and guidance on the potential use of all Office 365 applications
· Be an advocate and provide best practices for use of all Office 365 products.
· Work with various teams to understand their requirements to automate common repetitive tasks using Microsoft Power platform.
· Good Knowledge of SharePoint Online.
· Provide support and advice in Office 365 Applications and additional features that could improve company efficiency.
· Provide strong IT support and IT user set-up within the company.
· Responsible for the maintenance and upkeeping of essential IT operations, including operation systems, security tools, applications, servers, email system, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
· Work closely with external vendor to develop facilities management procurement and digitalisation platforms and frameworks to automate business and technology processes.
Requirements:
· Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
· At least 2 years of working experience in IT operations on Microsoft Office 365 products.
· Self-motivating, possess strong interpersonal skills and good team player, proactive and detail oriented.
· Ability to work non-deskbound and flexibility to travel to multiple sites if required.
· Forward looking, and able to manage efficient communication with internal customers and suppliers, foresee and resolve problems.
· Ability to work independently under pressure to meet project timelines with quality work.
· Knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases (SQL knowledge) and data storage systems and phone systems.
